- HAY, CITRUS, HERBAL -
A vibrant straw-colored farmhouse ale with a snappy hop character. Notes of baked bread, hay and a mild mineral quality. The grist includes Admiral Pils and Feldblume malts and spicy Saaz and Aramis hops. For a small beer, it is both complex and supremely drinkable. Lively carbonation and bone dry. “Bang straws” were the names of those who threshed grain before the days of mechanization.
PETITE SAISON (W/ KUMQUATS)
ABV : 4.2 %
- KUMQUATS, CITRUS PITH, CRISP -
Pale gold, light to medium bodied, and unfiltered. Bursting with bright citrus aroma from the use of kumquats. This is a small saison at table strength, but it has moderate bitterness due to the use of citrusy American hops. Also shows doughy sweet malts and typical Saison yeast character. Lively, dry and crisp. A “whip belly” was a term for a weak or sour drink.

- OLD WORLD, RUSTIC, PEAR -
A pale gold saison, brewed to be Old World in style. Notes of hay, bready malts, ripe pear and spicy hops(Saaz and Aramis). It is medium bodied, with low bitterness and subtle peppery phenols. This rustic farmhouse beer is brewed with balance and meant to be food friendly and dry. “Hayshaker” was an Old West term for a farmer.

- JACKFRUIT, HERBAL, PINE -
A pale gold Saison with Pilsner malt and Rye flakes. Aroma and flavor are fruity and a touch earthy. Light-bodied and crisp, the beer is dry and peppery, and the fruity yeast esters are balanced with the special blend of hops (Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Loral) that were chosen by the Pink Boots Society. This beer was brewed for the Pink Boots Brew Day 2018, and proceeds from the ingredients benefit a scholarship fund.
FARMHOUSE PALE ALE

- STRAWBERRY, RUSTIC, NOBLE HOPS -
A straw-colored Belgian Pale that was fermented in our Oak foeder with a wild Saccharomyces yeast strain. Rustic and hazy, bready malts, and bright strawberry / lemon character balanced by earthy and spicy Noble hops. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes bone dry (1° Plato) making it an easy drinker. The name is an Old West term for "riding at full speed".
DARK FARMHOUSE ALE
ABV : 8.4 %
- GRAHAM CRACKER, CHERRY, GINGER BREAD -
A sturdy, deep copper farmhouse ale fermented in our American Oak foeder with Saccharomyces Brux Trois yeast. Dark fruits (cherries) on the aroma, followed by malt driven flavors of graham cracker, ginger bread, and chocolate. Balanced with spicy Saaz hops, it is medium bodied and dry with moderate bitterness.

- PAPAYA, SPICY, YEAST, MANGO -
Unfiltered and hazy, this pale orange colored IPA has a big aroma of papaya, funky yeast, and spicy hops. Bready malts and tangy mango esters along with a medium body make it very juicy. Dry-hopped with Chinook and Mosaic hops, it has assertive bitterness and a long but dry finish. A fun hybrid beer, the name means (to be bucked from a horse).

- PASSIONFRUIT, GRAPEFRUIT, RESINOUS -
A raw, unfiltered IPA that is pale gold in color. Brewed with Pilsner, 2 Row, white wheat. It is medium bodied and heavily hopped with over 2.5 lbs per barrel of Simcoe, Citra, and accented with Mosaic for hints of tropical and citrus flavor. Dry with moderate hop bitterness. A “bait ball” is a swarm of fish, leading to a feeding frenzy for larger fish and fisherman alike.

- RIPE MANGO, TANGELOES, LIME -
Here is your juice bomb, with visibility = murky. Big tropical and citrus flavor and aroma. Think ripe mago pulp, pineapple, and brigh tangeloes. 2 Row, wheat, and a touch of Crystal Light with Mosaic in the whirlpool and DDH with CItra, Centennial, and Mandarina Bavaria. There is some rock candy sweetness and a lemon/lime bitterness. Full bodied and whisper smooth with low carbonation.
IPA (WEST COAST STYLE)
ABV : 7.0 %
- CITRUS, HERBAL, PINE -
A gold-colored West Coast IPA, with assertive hop bitterness balanced with mild toasty malts (2 Row and Munich). The aroma is citrus and stonefruit forward, balanced with herbal and pungent hops (Citra, Chinook, Columbus and Mosaic). Medium bodied, clear, and moderate carbonation, this hoppy beer finishes clean and on the dry side. “Pau brah!” is Hawaiian pidgin for “work is done brother!”.
WHITE IPA W/ TANGELOES AND CORIANDER
ABV : 6.5 %
- ORANGE, GRAPEFRUIT, HERBAL -
A white IPA with tangeloes, coriander, and White Wheat malt and Flaked Wheat. Aroma and flavor notes of citrus and orange juice. Assertive bitterness, both from fruit pith and hops. Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade in the boil, and dry-hopped with Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria. Fermented dry with moderate carbonation.
OYSTER DRY STOUT
ABV : 5.5 %
- ROASTY, COFFEE, BRINE -
A roasty, medium bodied black ale with sublte brine character from the addition to the boil of fresh oysters. This dry stout expresses notes of bitter chocolate, coffee grounds, and has a creamy mouthfeel and tan head from the use of flaked barley. Moderate carbonation, balanced bitterness and a dry smooth
