- HAY, CITRUS, HERBAL -
A vibrant straw-colored farmhouse ale with a snappy hop character. Notes of baked bread, hay and a mild mineral quality. The grist includes Admiral Pils and Feldblume malts and spicy Saaz and Aramis hops. For a small beer, it is both complex and supremely drinkable. Lively carbonation and bone dry. “Bang straws” were the names of those who threshed grain before the days of mechanization.
SMALL RYE FARMHOUSE ALE

- SPICY, FRUITY, OAK -
Unfiltered and deep gold in color, this rustic rye farmhouse ale was fermented in our oak foeder with Sacch Brux Trois. The aroma is fruit forward with pear and stonefruit notes. Hints of rye and yeast spice as well. The flavor is also spicy, fruity and presents the Influence of the oak. It is a bone dry beer, and it finishes with oak tannins and refreshing carbonation.

- OLD WORLD, RUSTIC, PEAR -
A pale gold saison, brewed to be Old World in style. Notes of hay, bready malts, ripe pear and spicy hops(Saaz and Aramis). It is medium bodied, with low bitterness and subtle peppery phenols. This rustic farmhouse beer is brewed with balance and meant to be food friendly and dry. “Hayshaker” was an Old West term for a farmer.
WET HOP BELGIAN ALE

- BISCUITY, LEMONGRASS, WOODSY -
With Cashmere hops picked fresh and delivered immediately to the brewery, this pale copper Belgian Ale is fermented in stainless with a Saccharomyces Brux Trois yeast. Biscuit-like and toasty malt character, with a complex but subdued hop profile that is citrus (orange/lemongrass) as well as a touch earthy. Soft yeast spice and phenols are there too. Low bitterness, medium-bodied and dry.

- PASSIONFRUIT, GRAPEFRUIT, RESINOUS -
A raw, unfiltered IPA, pale gold in color. Brewed with 2 Row, Pilsner, and Wheat. It is medium bodied and heavily hopped with over 2.5 lbs per barrel of Simcoe, Citra, and accented with Mosaic for hints of tropical and citrus flavors. Crisp and dry with moderate hop bitterness and medium carbonation. A “bait ball” is a swarm of fish, leading to a feeding frenzy for larger fish and fishermen alike.
MOCHA MILK STOUT
ABV : 4.5 %
- CACAO NIBS, ESPRESSO, CREAMY -
A traditional sweet stout, with TCHO Ecuadorian Cacao nibs and Bangarang! Columbian coffee beans. Black in color, the beer is a smooth balance of roasted grain character, dark chocolate, and espresso with some subtle fruit undertones. It is medium-full bodied, is bittersweet. Enough roast and earthiness against the creamy sweetness of residual sugars from lactose. Named after the cowboys that watch the herd through the night.

- CITRUS ZEST, PINEAPPLE, PINE -
A clear and gold west coast style DIPA brewed with 2 Row and Oats. It is medium bodied and heavily hopped with 5 lbs per barrel of classic WC hops : Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe. Aroma of meyer lemon, grapefruit and pineapple. Mixed citrus (kumquat/grapefruit) and pine flavor through the middle of the beer. Assertive (and a touch spicy) but balanced bitterness. Crisp, dry, and sneaky smooth for its size.

- CITRUS, EARTHY PINE, CATTY -
A golden and crystal clear Brut IPA, dry-hopped with 100% Mosaic. Citrus, floral, and earthy pine notes with hints of pleasant “catty” character in both the aroma and flavor. Bitterness is still on low end. Light bodied but not thin...and with high carbonation, making it crisp and dry on the palate.

- MANGO, LIME ZEST, PAPAYA -
A hazy IPA with tropical and citrus flavor and aroma. Bright mango, lime and papaya notes, with hints of doughy malts and vanilla sweetness. 2 Row, wheat and oats give body and mouthfeel. It was brewed with some Cascade in the whirlpool, and double dry-hopped with Ekuanot, Motueka, Citra and Amarillo. Just enough bitterness for drinkability and a smooth finish.
BOURBON BARREL-AGED DOUBLE IPA

A hearty Double IPA brewed with Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe.
FARMHOUSE ALE (BARREL AGED WITH PEACHES & BRETTANOMYCES)

- FRESH PEACHES, TART, FUNK -
After a year and half in French Oak, this farmhouse ale was co-fermented with various Brettanomyces strains and whole peaches from GB Farms. Bright and fresh peach character, with slight funk, mild acidity, and notes of oak. Bottle Conditioned.
FARMHOUSE ALE (BARREL AGED WITH NECTARINES & BRETTANOMYCES)

- NECTARINES, TART, FUNK -
The base beer was a golden saison, brewed with a farmhouse yeast. It was then co-fermented with a few Brett strains for about a year in Oak barrels. We then added nectarines for a few months for further aging. Tangy nectarines with bright acidity, Brett funk adds complexity and saison character, with hints of oak. Dry, refreshing, and very drinkable. Bottle Conditioned.

- STONEFRUIT, TART, GRAPEFRUIT -
A grisette, fermented in oak barrels for one year with a mixed culture on spent nectarines. We then dry-hopped the beer with Simcoe before conditioning. Lots of bright flavors, including peach and nectarine, with mild acidity and a lively mouthfeel. Slight funk from wild yeast and bacteria, soft oak notes. Dry and refreshing. Named after the historical area of the Balboa Peninsula, and released for our 2 year Anniversary boat party.
