This beer is a straw-colored saison at table strength. The grain bill highlights the use of California Wild Rice (cultivated in “flooded fields”), along with Pilsner malt and white wheat. It is bright and light-bodied, with citrus and floral hop flavor from a healthy dose of Loral hops. Soft yeast from a Saison yeast blend. Low ABV, lively Carbonation and a dry finish makes this endlessly drinkable.

The grist includes Admiral Pils and Feldblume malts and spicy Saaz and Aramis hops. For a small beer, it is both complex and supremely drinkable. Lively carbonation and bone dry. “Bang straws” were the names of those who threshed grain before the days of mechanization.

Lively carbonation helps to finish dry with soft spice from the yeast. A dangerously sessionable lawnmower beer. A chickabiddy means a spring chick or “little one”.

This is a small saison at table strength, but it has moderate bitterness due to the use of citrusy American hops. Also shows doughy sweet malts and typical Saison yeast character. Lively, dry and crisp. A “whip belly” was a term for a weak or sour drink.

A pale gold saison, brewed to be Old World in style. Notes of hay, bready malts, ripe pear and spicy hops(Saaz and Aramis). It is medium bodied, with low bitterness and subtle peppery phenols. This rustic farmhouse beer is brewed with balance and meant to be food friendly and dry. “Hayshaker” was an Old West term for a farmer.

A pale gold Saison with Pilsner malt and Rye flakes. Aroma and flavor are fruity and a touch earthy. Light-bodied and crisp, the beer is dry and peppery, and the fruity yeast esters are balanced with the special blend of hops (Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Loral) that were chosen by the Pink Boots Society. This beer was brewed for the Pink Boots Brew Day 2018, and proceeds from the ingredients benefit a scholarship fund.

Finishes bone dry (1° Plato) making it an easy drinker. The name is an Old West term for "riding at full speed".

We used a unique approach with the addition of over 100lbs of lemons, roasted, dried, pulverized and whirlpooled. With a low bitterness, this beer is balances its size with slight funk and a smooth head and mouthfeel. Named after the top herdsman who lived in the historical Diego Sepulveda Adobe.

Restrained citrus and herbal hop bitterness. Light to medium-bodied, lively and dry.

A deep pink colored saison with a big red fruit and floral nose. Rustic breadiness comes from the malt, but the addition of hibiscus and raspberries really drive the overall fruit flavor. Saison yeast shows through with moderate minty, spicy hop bitterness. Medium bodied with high carbonation give a zippy mouthfeel. A “war bonnet” was an Old West term for the feathered headdress worn by the Native Americans.

Fermented in American Oak with a wild saccharomyces yeast strain, this unfiltered pale ale is straw-colored, and it has big fruit aroma of sweet melon and Fruit Loops. It is a SMaSH beer, with all Golden Promise malt and Cascade hops, but really comes across with flavors of jackfruit/pineapple. Low bitterness, and a chewy body, Finishing a touch of strawberry and banana sweetness.

Unfiltered and hazy, this pale orange colored IPA has a big aroma of papaya, funky yeast, and spicy hops. Bready malts and tangy mango esters along with a medium body make it very juicy. Dry-hopped with Chinook and Mosaic hops, it has assertive bitterness and a long but dry finish. A fun hybrid beer, the name means (to be bucked from a horse).

A raw, unfiltered IPA that is pale gold in color. Brewed with Pilsner, 2 Row, white wheat. It is medium bodied and heavily hopped with over 2.5 lbs per barrel of Simcoe, Citra, and accented with Mosaic for hints of tropical and citrus flavor. Dry with moderate hop bitterness. A “bait ball” is a swarm of fish, leading to a feeding frenzy for larger fish and fisherman alike.

Light orange and opaque, this juicy NEIPA is bursting with aroma and flavor of guava and orange juice. 2 Row and Golden Promise as well as wheat are in the grist, and this finishes with a residual juicy sweetness. But it’s a beer about the hops...Citra in the whirlpool, and double dry-hopped with Motueka, Amarillo, Chinook and Ekuanot. Medium to full body and a soft mouthfeel with low carbonation and low bitterness.

Here is your juice bomb, with visibility = murky. Big tropical and citrus flavor and aroma. There is some rock candy sweetness and a lemon/lime bitterness. Full bodied and whisper smooth with low carbonation.

Medium bodied, clear, and moderate carbonation, this hoppy beer finishes clean and on the dry side. “Pau brah!” is Hawaiian pidgin for “work is done brother!”.

There are some subtle malt notes, but this beer is about big tropical fruit and moderate bitterness from the hops at a rate of 5lbs per barrel, and fermented with London III Ale yeast. Chumming means to cloud the water with bait to attract larger fish.

This medium bodied black beer leads with an aroma of deep roastiness, dark chocolate and bright coffee. Also hints of roasted nuts and dark fruit. It is chock full of cereal grains (wheat, oats, corn, rice, and barley), has a touch of milk sugar, and then sat on almost 1.75# / BBL of coffee beans (a special roast blend of Ethiopian Kochere & Guatemalan Hunapu by The Brauhaus). Dry and smooth, with balanced Mosaic hop bitterness.
